  Stay far far away from Legacy Village Apartments. I have been here for a year, they don't take care of issues with the apartments. 700 for a small 2 room apartment and now wants to up it to 720.00 a month, 60 days move out notice! Seriously? Month to month is 1020.00 a month they are seriously smokin crack. I have rented apartments for 350.00 that are in far better shape.

  I moved to Legacy one year ago from Alabama. Since living here I have had nothing but a Great experience. The landscaping is always kept looking beautiful, my neighbors are great, the clubhouse/pool is always beautiful, Management is always helpful and once a month they try to have an activity which is Fun at the Clubhouse. The Management is new and are All so nice. But, Christie is Still Here - She is just Fantastic - you couldn't ask for a more professional, helpful, and pleasant Assistant Manager. This is not only a Community for singles - there are people here of all age groups. All of which seem to be very respectful of each other. Also, I live in a bottom unit up by the railroad tracks and it honestly has turned out to be just Great. I couldn't recommend this Community more.
